CSCM(Certified Supply Chain Manager):

The ISCEA CSCM is a certification that covers total supply chain operation in general. Other topics such as Leadership, Lean Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, and Operational accounting etc. also included in curriculum. ISCEA endows the CSCM certifications to the Supply Chain professionals after they achieve certain capabilities for a duration of 3 years. After 3 years it can be renewed after fill up certain supply chain management requirements and fees. Other supply Chain management certifications are SCMP,CPP, CPSM, CSCP, CTL,CPIM, CSCA, IOSCM etc. It is required 15 ISCEA PDU each year.(15 ISCEA PDU= 15 hours of continued education related activity with ISCEA). CSCA(Certified Supply Chain Analyst):

The CSCA is another course/certification provided by ISCEA .This certification program is organized in many countries such as Bangladesh, Egypt, Hongkong , India, Jordan, Latin America , Malaysia, Netherlands, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Srilanka, Qatar, UAE under auspices of ISCEA. In Bangladesh 15 hours of class room instruction is given led by experienced Supply Chain Management Experts. Slides and exercises are given.2 hours of CSCA exam is taken.

The program is ideal for people with below mentioned background:

(a) Those who starts their career in the field of Supply Chain; (b) Who comes into contact with customers/suppliers; (C)Who works on material flow and information; (d)Lean Supply Chain & ERP etc.

CSCA exam and workshop include below things:

PGDSCM(Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management):

This is another program from ISCEA or International Supply Chain Education Alliance. This is an education to enhance professional competencies in various aspects of Supply Chain Management leading to an improvement in the job skills and self-enrichment. It starts with understanding of what supply chain management is to create better customer experience and makes more profit in the supply chain thereby.
Outlines of the education are strategic supply chain management, Sourcing management, manufacturing planning and control, materials management, logistics and distribution management, supply chain project work etc.
-Strategic supply chain management is to enhance understanding of the supply chain .Which includes traditional views of supply chain , decision phases of supply chain, discussion of flows of supply chain, examples of supply chain etc.
-Sourcing management involves introducing sourcing, sourcing cycle, sourcing policy, procedure and guideline, specification and value analysis of requirements, supplier scoring, vendor enlistment, negotiation, contract management, risk management in sourcing, strategic sourcing, legal and environmental aspects of sourcing, procurement, global sourcing , e-sourcing etc.
-Defining material management, planning, handling and procuring materials, distribution and transport of materials, considering financial aspects of material management.
